Venice Cocktail Week 2025

From Wednesday Oct. 22 to Sunday Oct. 26 the city will turning into a vibrant destination for premium craft cocktails showing the talent of local bartenders and welcoming an international community of fans and professionals.

This year Venice Cocktail Week (VCW) promises five days of nonstop excitement cultural experiences and exceptional cocktails.

Paola Mencarelli, organizer and director of Italy's top cocktail weeks, wants to promote the culture of responsible drinking by highlighting the excellence of Venetian hospitality.

This edition will be characterize by:

-28 major cocktail bars: the event involves selected cocktail bars including 9 new entries. These venues are divided between highly regarded hotel bars and popular city cocktail bars.

-The “VCW25 barkeeper” initiative: this new and important feature is designed to highlight the resident bartenders of each participating venue. Guests will be able to meet the bartenders, hear the stories behind their creations, and enjoy a more personal experience.

-Debut of pop-up bars: this format comes to Venice bringing concepts and talent from other Italian cocktail weeks to enrich the local bar scene.

-The exclusive VCW25 cocktail list: each of the 28 participant will offer a personalized cocktail list created exclusively for the festival. You can admire the creative freedom of the bartenders with two distinct drinks:

• • Signature cocktail: an original and creative drink that represents the bar's unique identity

  • Noon aperitivo: a fresh and light cocktail inspired by the traditional Venetian aperitif.

VCW offers a program of over 100 activities for fans, connoisseurs and professionals.
