Nuestro American Bar está dedicado a la controvertida figura de la condesa rusa Maria Tarnowska, instigadora del crimen pasional contra uno de sus muchos amantes que se cometió en 1907 en el Palacio Maurogonato, sede actual del Hotel Ala. Un detalle curioso es la fachada exterior del bar, de madera y con la representación de una escenografía del Teatro La Fenice de principios del siglo XX.
